Job Description The Site Engineer provides onsite tactical leadership and optimizes daily fieldwork workflows. The role focuses on supervising specialized technical execution teams and collecting rigorous daily field data to feed into the project control and progress monitoring systems. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, coordinate, and track daily progress across multiple specialized trades (including Civil, Electrical, Finishing, Carpentry, Welding, etc.). • Collect, log, and cross-verify daily field data regarding executed quantities, material deployment, and labor tracking. • Generate and submit precise daily and weekly progress reports to the Engineering Head and Quantity Surveying (QS) department. • Resolve immediate onsite technical challenges, enforce layout compliance, and manage structural rectifications. Required Skills & Qualifications • Education: B.Sc . Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Experience: 2 to 3 years of active, hands-on onsite construction supervision or field engineering experience (specialized experience in finishing works is preferred). • Technical Skills: Strong capability in engineering data collection, site diary logging, and technical reporting. • Leadership & Management: Strong ground-level interpersonal leadership to handle multiple specialized labor trade lines smoothly. • Quality Control: High alertness to structural safety, architectural finish compliance, and technical detail verification.
