Beyond Solution plc is hiring Enterprise Marketing with intermediate level experience ABOUT US Beyond Solution is an Addis Ababa-based digital technology company building Beyond Reality a dedecated tech solution for real estate developer , we are a hybrid marketing and technology firm with a sector base solution and high skilled team of tech and ai automation . THE ROLE We are looking for an Enterprise Marketing Manager with intermediate-level experience in Ethiopian real estate marketing and a strong network within the developer community. This is not a desk job creating social media posts. This is a hunter role focused on building relationships with property developers, understanding their sales challenges, and positioning Beyond Reality as the solution that helps them sell more units, faster, to diaspora buyers. WHO YOU ARE Must-Have Experience • 2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing, property sales, business development, or a related role within the Ethiopian real estate sector. • Proven network within the Ethiopian developer community — you can name 3+ developers you have a working relationship with and can get a meeting with within 7 days • Track record of closing deals or managing client relationships in a B2B environment • Comfortable with technology — you can demo software on a tablet, explain digital marketing concepts, and learn new tools quickly • Fluent in Amharic and English (written and spoken) • Based in Addis Ababa with ability to travel for client meetings and industry events • Nice-to-Have Experience • Experience working at or with a tier-1 developer (Noah Real Estate, Flintstone Homes, Temer Properties, Ayat Real Estate, etc.) • Existing relationships with marketing directors, sales VPs, or C-suite executives at major developers • Experience with digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CRM systems) • Understanding of diaspora buyer psychology and international marketing • Familiarity with 360° photography, virtual tours, or proptech solutions Who You Are as a Person • Hunter mentality: You thrive on the chase, the pitch, and the close. You set your own targets and hold yourself accountable. • Adaptable: You can pitch to a CEO in a boardroom in the morning and troubleshoot a Facebook ad campaign in the afternoon. • Honest and ethical: You represent Beyond Reality with integrity.
