Position Overview The ERP Software Development Interns will work closely with HEMIN's Software Development & ERP Solutions Team in designing, developing, testing, and improving enterprise software solutions. The interns will participate in ERP projects serving businesses across different industries, gaining valuable hands-on experience in modern software development practices, business process automation, and enterprise application design. Key Responsibilities The selected interns will actively participate in ERP software development activities, including: • Assisting in the design and development of ERP modules for various business functions • Supporting frontend and backend software development activities • Developing and maintaining forms, dashboards, reports, and workflow automation features • Assisting in database design, data modeling, and system integration activities • Participating in software testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes • Supporting documentation of business requirements, workflows, and system functionalities • Collaborating with project teams during implementation and enhancement activities • Learning and applying software engineering best practices, coding standards, and version control procedures • Supporting user acceptance testing and feedback incorporation • Contributing to continuous improvement of existing ERP solutions Required Qualifications Applicants should possess: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field • Basic understanding of software development principles • Knowledge of web application development concepts • Familiarity with relational databases and CRUD operations • Basic programming experience in frontend or backend technologies • Strong willingness to learn ERP systems and business process automation • Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within deadlines Preferred Technical Skills Frontend Technologies HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Svelte, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS Backend Technologies Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs Database Technologies MySQL, PostgreSQL, Database Design, SQL Querying Development Tools Git, GitHub, Version Control Systems What You Will Gain Selected interns will receive practical exposure to: • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software development • Business process automation and workflow management • Multi-company and multi-branch system architecture • Database-driven enterprise application development • Software project lifecycle management • Professional coding standards and development practices • System testing and quality assurance methodologies • Real-world implementation of business software solutions • Team collaboration within a professional software development environment • Valuable industry experience that strengthens future employment opportunities Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
