Contact Us with: hr@techequations.com About the Role • We are an innovative software company, and we are looking for a passionate Junior ERP System Specialist to join our deployment team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our software development team and our corporate clients. After we train you on our ERP Management system, you will test it to ensure it is bug-free (QA/QC), set it up according to our clients' company structures, and train clients' ERP staff on how to run their daily operations on our platform. No prior experience is required; we will provide full training on our software. Key Responsibilities Client System Setup & QA: Test the ERP system before delivery to a new client to ensure all features (payroll, leave management, employee records) work perfectly. Configure the system to match the client’s specific internal policies. Client Training Delivery: Conduct professional, engaging, and patient training sessions for our clients' ERP Managers, accountants, and general staff (in Amharic and English). User Manuals & Demos: Assist in creating simple user guides or video tutorials to hand over to clients after training. On-site Client Support: Visit client offices during their "Go-Live" week to support their team, answer questions, and ensure they are comfortable using our ERP software. Job Requirements & Qualifications Education: Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree/TVET Level IV in , Computer/Industrial/Mechanical engineering , Computer science, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), or a related field. Skills & Attributes: Highly professional presentation and customer-service mindset (you will represent our company to clients). Strong logical thinking (crucial for finding software bugs during QA testing). Excellent communication, teaching, and public speaking skills. Language: Complete fluency in spoken and written Amharic and English .
