Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERPNext Customization Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ERPNext solutions to meet business requirements. The candidate should have strong experience with the Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, and ERP business processes. Key Responsibilities Customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements, design and develop new ERPNext applications using the Frappe Framework, develop custom DocTypes, Reports, Print Formats, Workflows, Scripts, and Dashboards, integrate ERPNext with third-party systems through REST APIs and web services, customize Accounting, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, Payroll, and other ERP modules, develop Server Scripts, Client Scripts, Background Jobs, and Scheduled Tasks, create custom reports using SQL, Script Reports, and Query Reports, design and optimize MariaDB/MySQL database structures and queries, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERPNext application issues, perform ERPNext installation, upgrades, migrations, and version management, implement security roles, permissions, and workflow configurations, develop and maintain technical documentation, collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, participate in testing, deployment, and production support, and ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
