Position 2: Tender Officer Academic Requirements • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Work Experience • Total Experience: Minimum of 2years tender/ bidding environment. • Specific Experience: Proven track record of handling commercial bids, preparing submittals for large tenders, and managing public/private procurement platforms. Core Skills Required • Bid Management & Coordination: Ability to manage tight deadlines, multi-task, and collaborate with import, engineering and legal teams. • Contractual Literacy: Solid understanding of commercial procurement terms, legal clauses, and bidding processes. Position 3: Project Manager (High-Rise Construction) Academic Requirements • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, advantageous related structural engineering discipline. • Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent professional engineering license. Work Experience • Total Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction management. • Specific Experience: At least 5 years acting as a lead Project Manager specifically on high-rise residential or commercial vertical structures (minimum 10+ stories).
