A growing media and business organization is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Executive Assistant & Media Coordinator . The successful candidate will work closely with the founder to organize schedules, priorities, follow-ups, YouTube content, social media, guests, and ongoing media projects. This is not only a secretary or social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can organize people and tasks, follow up consistently, solve problems, and help move ideas from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities • Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, priorities, and important follow-ups. • Organize meetings, record action points, and track pending tasks. • Coordinate YouTube content from planning and recording to editing and publication. • Work with editors, cameramen, thumbnail designers, freelancers, and other creative professionals. • Maintain content calendars, filming schedules, and production deadlines. • Coordinate long-form and short-form content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. • Help coordinate titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and publishing materials. • Monitor basic performance metrics such as views, watch time, engagement, audience retention, click-through rate, and subscriber growth. • Prepare simple performance reports and research content ideas and audience interests. • Help identify, screen, schedule, and coordinate guests. • Support media and business projects by organizing timelines, tasks, people, documents, and logistics. • Identify delays or problems early and follow up until tasks are completed. • Assist with selected administrative and personal organization responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in executive assistance, project coordination, media, content creation, administration, or digital marketing is an advantage. • Strong written and spoken Amharic and English. • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, calendars, and social media platforms. • Basic understanding of YouTube and digital media. Experience with YouTube Studio, content calendars, social media analytics, project-management tools, media production, or guest coordination is an advantage. Occasional work outside normal office hours may be required during filming, events, or important projects.
