Required Skills • Technical Proficiency : Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools (Zoom/Teams/WhatsApp). • Core Competencies : Exceptional calendar management, event planning, and document preparation. • Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities. • Professionalism: Proven track record of safeguarding confidential information and exercising sound judgment. • Multilingual Excellence: Fluency in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo (both written and verbal) is essential for handling high-level correspondence and engaging with diverse stakeholder. Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within real estate or corporate sectors. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Secretarial Science or a related field. • Strong understanding of the real estate development lifecycle.
