Main Roles & Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of all Bilos Pastry branches. • Ensure excellent food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction. • Lead, coach, and evaluate branch teams to achieve operational excellence. • Monitor sales, productivity, and branch performance. • Control food & beverage costs, waste, and inventory. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. • Coordinate with Production, HR, Procurement, and Store departments. • Prepare operational reports and recommend improvement plans. • Handle customer concerns professionally and implement corrective actions. • Support the opening of new branches and continuous business growth. Required Skills • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent knowledge of restaurant and pastry/bakery operations. • Food & beverage cost control and inventory management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple branches. • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role . • Experience in the pastry, bakery, café, or restaurant industry is highly preferred . • Proven experience managing multiple outlets or branches is an advantage.
