Job Title: Farm Manager Company: Seven Trust Group Location: Jinka, South Omo Zone, Ethiopia Position: 1 Job Summary Seven Trust Group is seeking a qualified, competent, and motivated Farm Manager to oversee and manage farm operations in Jinka, South Omo Zone. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and supervise all farm operations. • Manage crop production activities from land preparation to harvesting. • Supervise farm workers and field supervisors. • Ensure efficient utilization of farm resources, machinery, and agricultural inputs. • Prepare operational plans, budgets, and performance reports. • Implement modern farming practices and ensure environmental sustainability. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Farm Management, Agricultural Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in farm management. • Experience in large-scale agricultural projects is an advantage. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in remote locations. Additional Requirements • Fluency in Amharic and English. • Knowledge of local languages spoken in South Omo is an advantage. • Ability to speak Ari language is highly advantageous and preferred. • Willingness to reside and work in Jinka.
