About the Role Parent School is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Field Marketing Representative to introduce our school communication platform to schools. You will visit schools, meet with principals, directors, and school administrators, and build relationships that lead to new clients. You do not need technical knowledge of the platform. Your role is to introduce the product, create interest, and connect schools with our team. Key Responsibilities • Visit schools and meet with principals, directors, and school administrators. • Present Parent School as a communication solution for schools and families. • Build relationships with school decision-makers. • Follow up with prospective schools. • Represent Parent School professionally at all times. • Report leads and customer feedback regularly. Requirements • Female applicant. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable visiting schools and speaking with school leaders. • Self-motivated and organized. • Able to work independently. • Fluent in Amharic. • English communication is an advantage. • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
