Ethiopia Job Summary The Driver Acquisition Officer is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified drivers and vehicle owners to the Yango platform. Key Responsibilities Recruit new drivers and vehicle owners Conduct field-based driver acquisition activities Explain Yango benefits and onboarding procedures Support document collection and registration Build relationships with drivers Achieve weekly onboarding targets Conduct follow-up and activation support Represent the company professionally in the field Requirements Strong communication and persuasion skills Experience in sales or field marketing is preferred Self-driven and target-oriented Knowledge of Addis Ababa routes and driver ecosystem is an advantage Ability to work outdoors and travel frequently Salary 8,000-10,000 birr Net plus commission
