Key Responsibilities • Manage daily financial activities: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow tracking. • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Handle payroll processing and ensure full compliance with Ethiopian tax obligations (VAT, Withholding, Income Tax). • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and proper documentation. • Oversee petty cash, procurement records, vendor payments, and office accounting tasks. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications • BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 3 years professional experience in finance or accounting. • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and accounting standards. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational discipline. • Strong communication and reporting skills.
