Title: Finance Manager Location: Bole, Boston Day Spa Job Summary The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all financial activities of Boston Day Spa. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and supports management with financial analysis for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and monitor the company's annual budget. Manage cash flow and ensure adequate working capital. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Monitor daily revenue reconciliation from all departments. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis. Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations. Coordinate external and internal audits. Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor operational costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Approve financial transactions within delegated authority. Maintain confidentiality of financial information. Support strategic business planning and investment decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's Degree is an advantage but not mandatory). Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Experience in hospitality, hotel, spa, or service industry is preferred. Required Skills Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. Excellent leadership and team management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with software systems (IDS is preferred). Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
