Job Summary: - We are looking for a reliable and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and guide our financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, and excellent leadership abilities to drive financial strategy. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, payroll, and other transactions). Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, ERCA regulations, and financial policies. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk assessment. Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management to improve profitability. Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit processes. Qualifications and Requirements: - Education: - BA Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with import and export experience will be highly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Skills: - Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, or ERP systems) and MS Excel . Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) .
