Key Responsibilities • Manage all financial operations of the company. • Handle e-Tax , tax declarations, VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, pension, and all statutory compliance requirements. • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. • Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and regulations. • Represent the company and handle cases with the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenues and other government authorities until they are fully resolved. • Manage audits, financial documentation, and regulatory reporting. • Develop and improve financial systems, controls, and internal processes. • Provide financial advice to management and support strategic business decisions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance Manager • Strong practical experience with: • e-Tax • VAT • Withholding Tax • Payroll Tax • Pension Administration • Financial Reporting • Ethiopian tax compliance • Proven experience handling and resolving matters with the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenues. • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian accounting standards and financial regulations. • Highly proactive, responsible, and able to solve problems independently. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in a training institute, educational center, or TVET institution will be a strong advantage.
