The Finishing Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily finishing activities, managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring that all works are completed according to quality standards and project schedules. Key Responsibilities • Supervise finishing trades including painters, tilers, gypsum workers, carpenters, aluminum installers, and other finishing crews. • Coordinate daily manpower allocation and work execution. • Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. • Report daily progress, material requirements, and site challenges. • Coordinate with Site Engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. • Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices on site. • Assist in snag list clearance and project handover activities. Qualifications • Certificate /Diploma/degree in Construction Technology, Building Construction, or a related field. • Minimum 6/4/1 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. • Experience in high-rise building projects will be considered a distinct advantage. • Candidates with proven experience in finishing works will be highly preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and workforce management skills. • Good understanding of finishing sequences, materials, and quality requirements.
