Job description

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Food Preparation, Hotel Management, Food Technology, or a related field. The candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in food quality control, food service, restaurant management, or food store management. Demonstrated ability to oversee food quality and safety standards, manage food service or store operations, supervise staff, monitor inventory and food handling practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service is essential.
