Food & Beverage (F&B) Cost Controller

Main Roles & Responsibilities • Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all branches. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports. • Analyze food cost, beverage cost, and profit margins. • Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliations. • Verify recipe costing and menu pricing. • Monitor waste, spoilage, and production variances. • Ensure accurate receiving, issuing, and stock transfer procedures. • Work closely with Production, Procurement, Store, Finance, and Operations teams. • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. • Ensure compliance with company inventory and cost control procedures. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing principles. • Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation. • Excellent analytical and numerical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/POS systems. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and reporting skills. • Knowledge of recipe costing and menu engineering. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Cost Controller or in a similar cost control role. • Experience in a pastry, bakery, café, or restaurant industry is highly preferred. • Experience with inventory management systems and financial reporting is an advantage.
