This role combines operational leadership with accounting and financial management. Key Responsibilities Operations * Manage daily restaurant operations. * Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams. * Maintain food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction. * Develop staff schedules and oversee training. * Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements. Finance & Accounting * Maintain accurate accounting records. * Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. * Monitor daily sales, food cost, labour cost, and profitability. * Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements. * Coordinate tax compliance and external audits. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience managing food and beverage operations. * Strong accounting and financial management knowledge. * Excellent spoken and written English. * Strong leadership and people-management skills. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with POS and accounting software is preferred. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
