Key Responsibilities Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets of restaurants, bars, banquets, room service. Quality Control: Ensure exceptional guest service, food presentation, and beverage quality meet company and industry standards. Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations. Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage or spoilage. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in designing and executing the department's annual budget, sales targets, and financial forecasts. Cost Management: Monitor food and beverage staff costs, analyze operational expenses, and implement cost-control measures. Menu Engineering: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design menus, set competitive pricing, and analyze item popularity and profitability. Hiring & Training: Recruit, onboard, and continuously train front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure elite service standards. Feedback Resolution: Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning negative experiences into opportunities for loyalty. Supplier Relations: Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with food, alcohol, and equipment vendors to secure the best pricing and quality.
