Position: Sales Representative Qualifications: • BA degree or Diploma in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) • 0–2 years of experience in sales and distribution • Good knowledge of local sales routes and market areas (advantage) • Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and stock reconciliation • Experience in customer service and retail sales environment • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Working Hours Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Employees may work extra hours with overtime payment Key Responsibility • Sell and deliver products to retail shops, wholesalers, and customers along assigned routes • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets • Promote products and communicate their features, benefits, and value to customers and outlets • Generate customer orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment • Identify new customers and expand market coverage • Ensure proper display, merchandising, and availability of products • Collect payments and ensure accurate financial reconciliation • Maintain good customer relationships and handle customer queries or complaints • Monitor competitor activity and report market trends • Submit daily sales, stock, and collection reports accurately Location : Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Summit 72, next to 72 Plaza Deadline: August 25, 2026 How To Apply Interested and qualified candidates who fulfill the above requirement can send their CV and cover letter within ten (10) consecutive days from the date of announcement Via Email:  HR@fortresstradingplc.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
