Coordinate with therapists and salon staff regarding appointments. Promote memberships, packages, and retail products. Follow company policies regarding customer confidentiality. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting, Hospitality, Tourism or any social science fields. Minimum 0-2 years of experience (We appreciate fresh graduates) Required Skills Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal, written communication. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Computer literacy(booking/POS system).Cash handling and payment processing.Good organizational skills. Fluent in English and Amharic (additional languages are an advantage).
