The Role & What You’ll Do We are looking for an organized, welcoming, and sharp Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office ecosystem. This role goes beyond just answering phones—you will be the central hub connecting our clients to our lab technicians. Your core duties will include: • First Impressions: Warmly greeting clients, dental professionals, and visitors arriving at our office. • Communication Hub: Managing incoming phone calls, handling general inquiries, and routing messages accurately. • Order Coordination: Receiving, logging, and tracking incoming dental clinic cases and lab orders. • Basic Administration: Handling basic invoicing, managing office supplies, and keeping the reception area pristine. • Software Management: Utilizing standard computer tools daily and undergoing training to master our specialized dental lab management software. What We Are Looking For • Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both Amharic and English (written and spoken) is required. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with a strong willingness and readiness to learn specialized dental lab management systems. • Experience: Prior experience in front desk or hospitality roles. Experience working within a dental clinic, medical center, or laboratory environment is a strong plus. • Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional presentation, high organizational skills, and a strong growth mindset.
