We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in Flutter for mobile application development and solid knowledge of React and Node.js for web development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building high-quality applications and solving real-world problems. Main Roles & Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain production mobile apps in Flutter Integrate and maintain payment gateways (Chapa, Telebirr, CBE Birr, Awash, Dashen, or similar) Contribute to our web application using React and Node.js Own features end-to-end: API design, state management, testing, deployment Debug and optimize app performance across Android and iOS Collaborate with design and product to ship features on schedule Must have 2+ years professional software development experience Strong hands-on experience with Flutter (state management: Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX) Working experience with React and Node.js Experience with Firebase, WebSockets, or offline-first architecture Experience integrating at least one payment gateway in a production app Published app(s) on Google Play and/or App Store Perks & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
