FULL-TIME CONTENT CREATOR Position: Content Creator Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Work Arrangement: On-Site Location: lideta , Addis Ababa Company: Easy production We are looking for a professional and experienced Content Creator to join our team on a permanent, full-time, on-site basis. This is not a role for someone who only creates content for their personal social media. We are looking for a qualified and experienced content professional who understands the full content creation process and can confidently work with different brands, companies, industries, and target audiences. The ideal candidate will be creative, professional, reliable, camera-confident, and capable of managing multiple content projects while maintaining a high standard of quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop creative and engaging content ideas for different brands and companies • Research and understand different industries, audiences, and brand identities • Create content strategies and monthly content plans • Develop video concepts, scripts, hooks, and talking points • Present and/or host video content when required • Work closely with models, hosts, clients, and production teams • Participate in on-site filming and content production • Create short-form video content for social media platforms • Understand current social media trends and how to adapt them for different brands • Work with the editing and production team to ensure high-quality final content • Create content that is both creative and aligned with the client’s marketing objectives • Handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously • Meet deadlines and maintain consistent content quality • Contribute ideas during creative meetings and client projects • Continuously research new content formats, trends, and creative approaches REQUIREMENTS We are looking for someone who has: Relevant certification, qualification, or professional training in content creation, digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field Proven professional experience in content creation A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work Experience creating content for businesses and brands Experience working with multiple companies or clients is highly preferred Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability Confidence working in front of the camera when required Ability to develop content ideas independently Ability to understand and adapt to different brand identities Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects Professional attitude and strong attention to detail HIGHLY VALUED SKILLS Candidates with experience in the following will have an advantage: Short-form video production Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts Social media campaigns Scriptwriting Storytelling Brand content On-camera presentation Content strategy Trend research Basic photography/videography Working with professional production teams Managing content for multiple brands HOW TO APPLY If you believe you are the right person for this role, please send us: @yabu721 Your CV Your professional portfolio Examples of video/content you have personally created Your relevant certification(s) or qualifications A brief introduction about yourself and your experience working with brands or companies Only candidates with relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
