Main Purpose The General Services & Fleet Officer is responsible for managing company vehicles, supporting HR and administrative tasks, and making sure office services run smoothly. The role helps control daily office needs, company fleet usage, staff support activities, and general service requests. Main Duties • Control and follow up company vehicles and drivers. • Prepare and monitor vehicle schedules, fuel usage, maintenance, insurance, and service records. • Make sure company vehicles are used only for approved work purposes. • Follow up vehicle cleanliness, condition, mileage, and daily movement. • Support HR with attendance follow-up, employee files, letters, uniforms, ID cards, and basic staff requests. • Assist with onboarding new employees and collecting required documents. • Coordinate office supplies, cleaning materials, stationery, and other general service needs. • Follow up office cleanliness, security, maintenance, and basic facility issues. • Support internal communication between departments when needed. • Assist in organizing meetings, staff announcements, company events, and administrative tasks. • Prepare simple reports related to fleet, fuel, office supplies, maintenance, and HR support activities. • Report misuse of company vehicles, missing materials, office issues, or employee-related concerns to management. Required Skills • Good organization and follow-up skills. • Basic computer skills, especially Excel or Google Sheets. • Good communication skills. • Honest, disciplined, and responsible. • Ability to coordinate with drivers, HR, finance, operations, and management. • Basic knowledge of vehicle control, office administration, or HR support is preferred. • Ability to handle multiple daily tasks. Key Responsibilities The General Services & Fleet Officer must make sure company vehicles, office services, and basic HR support activities are properly controlled, documented, and reported.
