Position 1: Human Resource Officer Required Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university or college. Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years must be in a relevant HR position. Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment and selection processes. • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs. • Design and implement training and development initiatives. • Support performance management and employee development activities. • Conduct HR research, reporting, and data analysis. • Maintain employee relations and workplace engagement. • Manage HRIS and HR technology tools. • Ensure confidentiality in handling HR information.
