Graphic Designer (Mid–Senior Level) Location: Addis Ababa Company: Moybon Advertising Moybon Advertising is one of Ethiopia’s leading branding, printing, and advertising companies. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Preferred Candidate We are looking for a slightly senior designer with strong design fundamentals, practical experience, and the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work. Key Responsibilities • Design high-quality marketing materials for print and digital media. • Create social media graphics, campaigns, and promotional content. • Develop branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, business cards, and signage. • Prepare artwork for professional printing and production. • Collaborate with the production and sales teams to deliver projects on time. • Maintain brand consistency across all client projects. • Stay updated with current design trends and creative techniques. Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience preparing print-ready artwork (CMYK, bleed, resolution, etc.). • Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Skills (Preferred) • Experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). • Ability to create engaging social media content and post schedules. • Basic photo editing and short-form video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) is an advantage. • Photography, motion graphics, or 3D design skills are a plus.
