In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing department to produce scroll-stopping content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and translates ideas into bite-sized, shareable posts. Core Responsibilities • Social-First Content: Design engaging daily assets specifically tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, including carousels, infographics, and story graphics. • Trend Execution: Stay ahead of social media design trends and quickly execute reactive content to capitalize on viral moments and industry conversations. • Asset Management: Organize and optimize files for various social media dimensions and formats, ensuring crisp resolution and proper bleed management for mobile screens. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing department to align visual assets with campaign goals, posting schedules, and audience engagement strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications • Social Media Mastery: Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, aspect ratios, and visual formats that drive user engagement. • Software Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and comfortable using rapid-creation tools like Canva or Figma for social layouts. • Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy optimized for fast-scrolling mobile users. • Bonus Points: Experience with short-form video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) or basic motion graphics for reels and animated posts.
