We are looking for a committed and motivated intern in MEL and communication to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to obtain practical experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, visibility, and communications efforts aimed at promoting our mission and enhancing our impact on global communities. Position: Intern in MEL and Communication Education: A recent graduate with a degree in digital design, computer science, statistics, communications, or related fields with certification in digital and graphic designing, database management, foreign languages, and photo and video editing. Skills: • Excellent English language proficiency. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in social media platforms, basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content management systems are essential. • Excellent skills in digital design software. • Knowledge of design and video editing. • Ability to perform data analysis using quantitative and qualitative data analysis software. • Basic knowledge of mobile data collection tools. • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of global issues and the ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings. • Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Benefits: A daily rate of ETB 1000, Subject to applicable taxes. The intern will gain practical experience in MEL, communication, and visibility strategies within HI.
