Role Summary We are seeking two motivated Healthcare Coordinator Interns (Nurse / Health Officer) to join our team. This is a paid 3-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience in patient coordination, medical facilitation, healthcare communication, and healthcare project support. The role involves working with local and international patients, supporting care pathways, coordinating with healthcare providers, and contributing to health awareness and marketing initiatives. Successful interns will transition into permanent full-time roles based on performance and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate patient cases from initial inquiry through follow-up care. • Assist with treatment planning, referrals, appointments, and medical travel coordination. • Communicate and liaise with hospitals, physicians, healthcare providers, laboratories, and partner organizations. • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation. • Support patient education and ensure understanding of treatment plans and services. • Contribute to health awareness, advocacy, and community outreach activities. • Assist in healthcare marketing, communication, and educational content development. • Support coordination of healthcare projects, conferences, workshops, and professional events. • Prepare reports, case summaries, and administrative documentation. • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and partner teams on healthcare initiatives. • Perform additional coordination and support tasks as required.
