We are seeking a skilled and passionate Horticulturist to join our team. As a Horticulturist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the health and growth of plants in our garden or landscape. Responsibilities: • Site manager • Communication with the lower level and higher level managers • Selecting and sourcing plants suitable for the local climate and soil conditions • Monitoring plant health and identifying diseases or pests • Developing and implementing watering and fertilizing schedules • Pruning and shaping plants to maintain their health and appearance • Conducting soil tests and making recommendations for soil improvement • Collaborating with other team members to ensure the overall health and aesthetics of the garden or landscape • Keeping detailed records of plant care activities Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture or related field • Previous experience working in a horticulture or landscaping role • Strong knowledge of plant care techniques and best practices • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Fluent English(Mandatory)
