This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, appearing confidently on camera, managing social media platforms, and interacting with potential clients. The internship is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend the office at least two days per week. Duties & Responsibilities * Host and appear in promotional, educational, and marketing videos. * Create engaging short-form content for social media platforms. * Manage and grow the company's social media accounts. * Write captions, schedule posts, and maintain a consistent posting calendar. * Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally. * Engage with online audiences to increase brand awareness. * Follow social media trends and contribute creative content ideas. * Assist with converting social media inquiries into potential clients. * Support on door-to-door sales and client follow-up activities when required. * Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities. Qualifications * Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera. * Strong communication skills in Amharic and English. * Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing. * Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. * Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an advantage. * Must own a personal smartphone and/or laptop with reliable internet access. * Must be available to report to the office at least three (3) days per week .
