Position: HR Intern Key Responsibilities: • Assist with recruitment by screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and orientation materials. • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality. • Assist with attendance tracking and leave records. • Help prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents. • Support employee engagement activities and company events. • Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person when needed. • Screening and scheduling interviews • Assist in preparing and organising training programs. • Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the HR team. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or current student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Punctuality • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent command of English
