@Hr_addis Seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced HR Manager / Office Administrator to lead and manage the company’s human resource operations and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and general office administration. This role requires a professional who can build strong teams, maintain a positive workplace culture, and support the company’s rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management • Lead the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees) • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally • Plan and conduct employee training and professional development programs • Monitor and evaluate employee performance through structured performance management systems • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company policies Office Administration • Manage incoming and outgoing official correspondence and company documents • Coordinate administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning • Supervise office staff and support different departments in administrative matters • Maintain organized filing systems for HR and company documentation • Support management with operational and administrative reporting Strategic HR Responsibilities • Develop strategies to attract and retain talented employees • Promote a positive, productive, and professional workplace culture • Assist senior management in organizational planning and workforce development • Implement employee engagement and motivation programs Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in HR management or HR administration • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Ethiopian labor law • Experience managing recruitment and employee performance systems Required Skills • Experienced in woodworking workshop is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to handle sensitive employee information responsibly • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Additional Advantages • Experience managing large teams or multi-department offices • Strong ability to build HR systems, policies, and recruitment pipelines • Leadership mindset with the ability to improve company culture and productivity How to Apply: Intersted applicants can submittheir CV and Cover letter through the Afriwork job platerform.
