HR Officer Job Description The HR Officer is responsible for managing daily human resource activities, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, handling employee attendance and leave management, assisting with payroll preparation, supporting employee relations, implementing HR policies, organizing staff training activities, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the company. Major Responsibilities - Manage and update employee records in the ERP system - Monitor attendance, leave requests, overtime, and punctuality - Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes - Prepare employment contracts and HR documents - Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters - Generate HR reports for management decision-making - Coordinate staffing needs with department heads - Ensure confidentiality of employee information   Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related fields - Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience - Experience using ERP or HR software is highly desirable   Skills and Competencies - Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, ERP systems) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Problem-solving and decision-making ability If you meet the above requirements, please send your CV, educational certificates, and work experience documents via email to eyobdemissieatentrental@gmail.com or submit them in person at Eyob Demisse Event Equipment Rental and Tent Work Head Office , located in front of Bole Printing Press.
