Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human resource and Administration Manager who is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resource strategies, policies, and administrative systems that support organizational goals. The role ensures compliance with labor laws, oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and manages all administrative and operational support functions. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Management • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategy. • - Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation programs. • - Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation. • - Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. • - Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure timely evaluations. • - Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs. • - Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor law, safety guidelines, and company rules. • - Manage payroll inputs, benefits, leave administration, and staff attendance. • - Build positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. Administration & Operations • - Oversee office administration, facilities management, and logistics. • - Ensure efficient management of company assets, office supplies, and inventory. • - Supervise administrative staff (drivers, cleaners, guards, etc.). • - Manage company transport, fleet schedules, and vehicle maintenance. • - Ensure timely renewal of business licenses, contracts, and service agreements. • - Handle correspondence, document control, and meeting coordination. • - Monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance. Strategic & Managerial Responsibilities • Provide HR analytics and reports for management decision-making. • Participate in annual workforce planning and budgeting. • Support change management and organizational development initiatives. • Lead HR audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement efforts. • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR information.
