Key responsblity • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. • Post job vacancies, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Manage employee attendance, leave, and performance records. • Support performance appraisal and employee development programs. • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives. • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration. • Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to management. Required Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Recruitment and interviewing skills. • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. • Organizational and time management skills. • Confidentiality and professionalism. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience using HRIS or HR management software is an advantage. • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources (depending on the role level). • Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, HRCI, or a recognized local HR certification) is an advantage. • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and employment regulations. • Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. • Strong computer skills, including HR software and Microsoft Office.
