RIDE is the largest taxi booking platform in Ethiopia, primarily operating in Addis Ababa and Djibouti. Founded by Samrawit Fikru, it has become one of the most recognized brands in Ethiopia over 11 years. Position: Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer Skills & Qualifications: • BA in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field • A minimum of 5 years’ Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Performance Management relevant experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on senior-level recruitment. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software. • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
