We are seeking energetic, well-groomed, and outgoing female Brand Ambassadors to represent a new non-dairy creamer product ( Coffee Creamer Plus ) during a 7-day supermarket promotional campaign across major retail locations in Addis Ababa. Key Responsibilities: • Greet incoming supermarket shoppers in a warm, professional manner. • Prepare and distribute hot coffee tasting samples using pre-filled thermoses and tasting cups. • Explain key product features (e.g., non-dairy, plant-based alternative) and answer customer questions. • Encourage direct purchases and hand product packages to interested shoppers. • Keep the promotional table, banner display, and sampling area clean and well-organized throughout the shift. • Track daily sample distribution counts and remaining shelf inventory. Requirements: • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills in Amharic (English is a plus). • Previous experience in sales, brand promotion, event hosting, or retail sampling preferred. • Professional appearance, high hygiene standards, and strong punctuality. • Ability to stand comfortably during the 6hour afternoon shift. • Must live within convenient access to major commercial/retail hubs in Addis Ababa.
