Role Overview We are hiring three separate specialized instructors to lead our intensive, hands-on training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for classroom delivery, transforming beginners into industry-ready professionals through practical, project-based lessons. Note: This is not a single multi-disciplinary role. We are hiring one dedicated expert for each of the three tracks listed below. Core Responsibilities • Classroom Delivery: Lead daily interactive and practical classes within our structured 9 AM to 5 PM training matrix. • Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through real-world lab exercises, portfolio building, and technical troubleshooting. • Student Assessment: Administer weekly quizzes, grade practical assignments, and provide constructive feedback on student projects. • Lab Operations: Work alongside assistant teacher interns to ensure training spaces, software, and hardware are fully prepped during the 15-minute intervals between sessions. Specialized Tracks Track 1 : Cinematography & Photography Instructor • Deliver training on manual camera operations, exposure variables, and advanced framing/composition techniques. • Teach practical studio and on-location lighting setups (three-point lighting, cinematic mood lighting). • Guide students through the basics of directing, blocking, and capturing production-grade audio. Track 2 : Video Editing Instructor • Deliver training on post-production workflows, timeline management, and media organization. • Teach cutting techniques, pacing, audio syncing, color correction, and basic motion graphics. • Ensure mastery of industry-standard software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro). Track 3 : Digital Marketing Instructor • Deliver training on multi-channel marketing strategies, audience targeting, and content planning. • Teach social media management, organic growth tactics, paid ad campaign execution, and basic SEO. • Guide students through tracking analytics, understanding KPIs, and creating high-converting ad copy or visual frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications • Course Delivery Experience: Proven experience teaching, training, or delivering structured classes in a professional, corporate, or vocational setting. • Industry Expertise: At least 2–3 years of active, real-world working experience in your specific field (supported by a portfolio or professional case studies). • Actionable Communication: The ability to break down complex, highly technical concepts into simple, step-by-step instructions for absolute beginners. • Classroom Management: Highly organized, punctual, and capable of keeping fast-paced, intensive curriculums running exactly on schedule.
