Job Description We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Interior Designer to join our growing design-build studio. The role involves developing interior design concepts, producing technical drawings, preparing presentations, supporting material selection, and coordinating with site teams to ensure the design is executed accurately. The ideal candidate should be creatively strong, technically sound, and capable of handling projects from concept development to site supervision support. We are looking for someone who understands both design quality and practical execution. Key Responsibilities: • Design & Concept Development • Technical Drawings & Documentation • 3D Visualization & Presentation Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline • Proven experience in interior architecture or interior design projects • Strong understanding of: · space planning · interior detailing · material selection · furniture layout · construction documentation • Strong on-site presence with the ability to manage and guide execution • Strong communication and teamwork skills Software Requirements: · Sketch Up · AutoCAD · Revit · D5 Render Application Requirement: • Submission of a portfolio is mandatory • Must have their own laptop or PC capable of handling interior design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and rendering programs (D5, lumion and enscape) where applicable.
