We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology graduate to support technical administration, troubleshooting, automation, data management, and related operational tasks. This is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate must be available and responsive during established working hours, communicate clearly, and consistently complete assigned tasks on time. Technical ability is important, but we place equal value on reliability, responsiveness, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and personal ownership. Key Responsibilities technical troubleshooting tasks. Organize, clean, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Conduct manual testing and document technical issues. Complete assignments accurately and within agreed deadlines. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Ability to work full-time during the required working hours. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Basic proficiency in Python. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and responsiveness. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with basic machine-learning concepts. Remote Work Requirements Reliable computer suitable for the required tasks. Stable internet connection.
