Barkonal Travel Agent is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to support, optimize, and secure workspace in Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will ensure our team has uninterrupted access to our Microsoft tools, emails, and cloud storage to keep our travel operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and admin the company's Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook emails, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams). • Create, optimize, and troubleshoot complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and templates used for agency data and tracking. • Provide technical support to staff experiencing software issues with Word, Excel, Outlook, or Windows OS. • Manage user accounts, password resets, and email configurations for new and existing team members. • Ensure cloud data backup and basic security protocols are active to protect agency records. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum of 0 year of experience can apply for this position. • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, advanced Excel skills, and Windows OS troubleshooting.
