IT Support Specialist We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day IT operations. Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions. Fast Learning Ability – Capable of quickly understanding new technologies, tools, and processes. Technical Aptitude – Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts. Communication Skills – Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and assist users effectively. Preferred Qualifications Proactive Mindset – Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks and challenges. CRM Experience – Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Previous experience in IT support, help desk operations, customer support, or technical troubleshooting is an advantage but not required.
