We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to help maintain and improve IT systems for our clients, ensuring smooth day to day operations and dependable technical performance. Responsibilities · Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software. · Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems. · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults. · Provide user support via phone, chat, and in-person sessions, ensuring timely issue resolution. · Prepare documentation, technical procedures, and reports. · Set up new user accounts, permissions, and profiles; manage password resets. · Support the rollout and testing of new applications and technologies. · Maintain diagrams, manuals, and other documentation for systems and processes. · Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets to meet service-level expectations. · Establish and maintain strong working relationships across teams and with client contacts.
