IT Support Technician (Part-Time / On-Call)

About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on IT support person to keep our office running smoothly. You need to be available and responsive when we need you. You’ll be the go-to person for all day-to-day tech at our office, working closely with our CTO. What You’ll Do • Set up, maintain, and track all company laptops and desktop computers • Handle hardware and software troubleshooting for staff • Manage device configuration, OS updates, and basic security practices • Support onboarding/offboarding — setting up or wiping machines for employees • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day tech issues (connectivity, peripherals, accounts, etc.) • Support and work within our internal proprietary system (training provided) • Escalate complex issues to the CTO when needed What We’re Looking For • Experience supporting Windows and/or Mac environments • Comfortable with hardware — setting up workstations, replacing components, troubleshooting • Strong communication skills — you’ll be helping non-technical staff • Proactive and reliable — when something’s broken, people are counting on you • Ability to respond on short notice and come in as needed
