• Monitor ongoing site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings. • Check materials delivered to site for quantity and quality. • Record daily manpower, equipment, and work progress. • Assist in site measurements and quantity verification. • Coordinate with subcontractors for daily work execution. • Report site issues and delays to the Site Engineer. • Ensure housekeeping and work areas remain clean and organized. • Update daily progress reports with photos and quantified data. • • Follow up on material requests and delivery status. • Mark work locations on site as instructed. • Prepare simple sketches, measurements, and as-built notes when required.
