Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, and represent their interests within the agency. • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as prospecting and acquiring new clients. • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. • Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters. Regularly update clients on the progress of projects and campaigns. • Reporting: Track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status. Requirements: • 0-2 years experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • An outgoing and sociable temperament.
